Shipping Methods & Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of ₹100 will be added at checkout.

 

Delivery Time

Please note that:

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, product will be delivered in approximately 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your Defyne account to track the status of your order at any time.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within India.
Certain items may have delivery limitations or regional courier constraints. We reserve the right to withhold shipping to specific locations when necessary.

 

Accurate Shipping Information

Please double-check that all shipping details—name, address, and phone number—are accurate when placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delays or additional charges.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
