You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and accessories.
Returns are not accepted on:
Customised or personalised products
Sale or discounted items
Free gifts or promotional items
Items that have been tampered with or show signs of wear
⚠️ Any items altered by a third party are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your return is approved after inspection, you can choose between a full refund (for prepaid orders).
Once refund has been processed, it would be credited within 5-7 working days.
📦 Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
The item is in its original, unused condition
It’s not a customised, personalised, sale, or promotional item
If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the remaining amount.
The replacement and exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
🚚 One-way shipping is covered for the first exchange. Additional exchanges from the same order will incur standard shipping fees.
In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers are responsible for securely shipping the item to our returns center. Our team will provide the address and instructions upon request.

Defyne is not responsible for lost or stolen items marked “delivered” by the courier
