At Defyne, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and worry-free.

🔁 7-Day Return with Money-Back Guarantee

You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and accessories.

  • Returns are not accepted on:

    • Customised or personalised products

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Free gifts or promotional items

    • Items that have been tampered with or show signs of wear

⚠️ Any items altered by a third party are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is approved after inspection, you can choose between a full refund (for prepaid orders).

Once refund has been processed, it would be credited within 5-7 working days.

📦 Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

 

🔄 7-Day Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition

  • It’s not a customised, personalised, sale, or promotional item

If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the remaining amount.

The replacement and exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

🚚 One-way shipping is covered for the first exchange. Additional exchanges from the same order will incur standard shipping fees.

In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers are responsible for securely shipping the item to our returns center. Our team will provide the address and instructions upon request.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item

  • Defyne is not responsible for lost or stolen items marked “delivered” by the courier

  • We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item fails our inspection process

🛠️ Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery

  • You may request a free return or replacement

  • For defects reported after 7 days, service charges may apply

  • Where possible, we’ll offer to repair faulty items

Normal wear and tear does not qualify as a product defect.

We make every effort to display product colours accurately on our website. However, due to screen and device variations, the actual product colour may differ slightly.
